Over the decades, as we helped our clients put in Oracle, the last piece of the puzzle and often the most important piece was to deliver training. Sadly, as implementers, you rarely think of the nuances what your clients’ employees need to go through.
Here are the top 10 lessons that we have learned throughout from some of our most recent projects where we helped our clients deliver successful organizational training.
Whether or not it’s ERP or operational training that is done in the field, there are specific things that we noticed. We were careful to keep these in mind.
